Overcoming Insurmountable Obstacles
Overcoming insurmountable obstacles is easier than you might think. It boils down to 2 key issues in our minds and once those are addressed, you’ll be flying past every obstacle with ease.
Overcoming insurmountable obstacles is a question that a number of my students raised in the past couple of weeks.
This was particularly in the context of goal setting. And so I shot a video on overcoming insurmountable obstacles using the example of the ladder on the wall that we used throughout the goal setting exercise, and sharing my experience about how I overcame obstacles to achieving my weight loss of over 15 kg, my financial goals, and eventually finding time and financial freedom.
In my view, overcoming insurmountable obstacles is about taking a fresh look at the causes of our limiting beliefs, namely:
- Pain from our past experiences; and
- Anxiety about the future
