Getting paid to be yourself.  Imagine that – how amazing that could be!

So, today I shot a video to that thought with with you because that’s exactly what I do now.  I just have to be who I am, as authentically as I can.

Truth be told, that sounded too good to be true to me too.  But it’s entirely possible.

How often do you hide behind a mask?  How often do you tell the truth when some one asks “how are you?”

Authenticity is a rare commodity in this day and age, particularly online.  And anything rare is precious and commands a high price.

Having been a lawyer for 20 years, it took time to shed that persona, but once I did, I discovered a world of people who love me for me.

And you can do exactly the same.

No more split personalities, coming home with the nastiness from the office.

At the end of the day, you’ve got to look in the mirror, and be accountable to yourself for who you are, and what you’ve become.

And I for one, am so much happier with the real me.
